General terms of sale

Scope

These terms apply exclusively to remote sales via the website rentasite.fr and prevail over any other terms.

Rent a Site services are intended exclusively for professionals acting in the course of their commercial, craft, liberal or industrial activities.

The client acknowledges acting exclusively for professional purposes and cannot rely on consumer protection rules.

Client information

The client undertakes to inform Rent a Site of any element suggesting significantly higher traffic or usage than a typical TPE/SME (large‑scale marketing campaigns, sites with strong media exposure, etc.).

The guarantees provided in these terms (availability, satisfaction guarantee) apply only within the scope described above. Rent a Site cannot be held liable for the consequences of excessive usage or traffic not disclosed in advance or incompatible with the subscribed offer.

Included in all plans:

Website creation (creation fees depending on the chosen plan), hosting, .fr or .com domain name, SSL certificate, security backups, technical maintenance, minor content changes (see below for definition).

Included minor changes – definition and limits

Content updates and evolutions of the site within the initial project scope are included, in a spirit of flexibility and collaboration. Rent a Site handles requests pragmatically as long as they remain consistent with the delivered site.

The following are not considered minor changes and will be subject to a separate quote: complete graphic or structural redesign, addition of new features (e‑commerce, member area, complex forms, third‑party integrations, etc.), repeated addition of many new pages significantly modifying the site, as well as any abusive request that goes beyond the agreed scope. Rent a Site reserves the right to assess each request on a case‑by‑case basis.

Requests are handled within a timeframe compatible with ongoing work; an indicative delay can be provided on request.

Benefit for the referred client

The person you refer receives 100 € de remise sur les frais de création.

Benefit for the referrer (client who recommends)

When your referral project is validated, Rent a Site offers you 1 mois d'abonnement offert. The offer applies to your current subscription: you do not pay the corresponding billed month. If you have multiple subscriptions in progress, the offer applies to the least expensive one.

Promotions and non‑cumulative offers

Rent a Site may offer discounts on creation fees (promo offer, referral program, etc.). Only one discount or offer applies per client: offers cannot be combined. Rent a Site reserves the right to determine, on a case‑by‑case basis, which offer applies.

Delivery times

The timeframes mentioned (first contact, creation, go‑live) are indicative. They may vary depending on workload, project complexity and the client's responsiveness (content delivery, approvals). Rent a Site does not commit to a specific go‑live date and cannot be held liable for delays where reasonable efforts have been made.

Payment default

Any late payment will result in immediate suspension of services. In case of non‑payment after formal notice, the contract will be terminated by right.

End of subscription

At the end of the subscription, the licence to use the site automatically ends. The client has no automatic right to retrieve the website, its source code or its technical structure.

Exceptionally, a full transfer of the site (content, source code, architecture and infrastructure) can be carried out on a separate quote, starting from €990. This service transfers ownership of the entire site to the client and is not a contractual obligation.
