Subscription and billing

The subscription is monthly with no long-term commitment. You pay each month for the services (hosting, maintenance, domain name). You can cancel at any time with no fees, with effect at the end of the current period.

One-time setup fees apply depending on the plan: 390€ for Essential, 390€ for Professional, 690€ for Premium. They cover the full creation of your custom site. After that, you only pay your monthly subscription with no commitment (39€, 49€ or 69€/month depending on the plan), which includes hosting, .fr or .com domain, SSL certificate, backups and maintenance. Details are in the Terms of sale.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your client area. The change takes effect on the next billing cycle. Note: when downgrading, you will lose the features and benefits of the higher plan (number of pages, advanced features, etc.).

You can cancel at any time by email at contact@rentasite.fr or from your client area, with no notice period and no fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. No pro-rata refund is due for the period already started. Your site will then be deactivated. Full conditions are in the Terms of sale.

Website creation

Creating a site usually takes between 2 and 7 working days after the brief is approved, depending on the complexity of the project and the features requested.

Yes, of course! You will receive a preview URL to approve the site before it goes live. You can request as many changes as needed until you are fully satisfied.

I can write all the content for your site, but I will need basic information about your project: your story, your services, your prices, your values, etc. The more details you provide, the more personalised and relevant the content will be. I can also suggest royalty-free images.

Technical

Yes, all sites created are 100% responsive and optimised for all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop). It's included in all plans.

Yes, a .fr or .com domain name is included in all plans. If you already have a domain, I can set it up at no extra cost.

Yes, all sites have a free, automatic SSL certificate. Your site will be accessible via HTTPS, which is essential for security and SEO.

Technical changes need to go through the provider to ensure quality and security. Minor content changes and evolution of the site within the initial project scope are included in the subscription. What counts as minor changes is defined in the Terms of sale (redesign, major new features or out-of-scope requests are quoted separately).

Maintenance and support

Maintenance includes: security updates, daily automatic backups, availability monitoring (99% target on a monthly basis, see Terms of sale), bug fixes, minor content changes within the initial project scope, technical support. Details and the definition of minor changes are in the Terms of sale.

I usually reply within 24 hours by email and immediately by phone when available. Emergencies (site down) are prioritised and handled within 4 hours maximum.

Yes, you can contact me as often as you need at no extra cost. Support covers technical assistance, minor changes and questions about your site.

End of subscription

When you cancel, your site stays online until the end of the paid monthly period. After that, it is deactivated. The site is rented, not assigned: you have no automatic right to recover the source code or technical structure. The Terms of sale set out the full conditions.

Yes. A full site handover (content, source code, architecture and infrastructure) can be done on quote, from 990€. You then become the owner of all site elements. The terms are detailed in the Terms of sale (Intellectual property and site rental section).
